Terms of Service
The agreement between you and KCMPS when you place an order — pricing, payment, production timelines, and how we handle your artwork.

1. Service Description
KCMPS offers custom printing, design services, and merchandise production. All items are made-to-order — we do not sell pre-made inventory. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions.
2. Ordering and Pricing
Prices shown on our website are directional estimates in Philippine pesos (₱), subject to stock and queue availability. Exact pricing depends on order complexity, materials, and current production capacity. Bulk orders and custom designs may require a formal quote.

3. Payment
Payment method: GCash (mobile payment app). Proof of payment is verified by our staff before production begins.
Order confirmation: Your order is not confirmed until staff verifies your payment proof. You'll receive an email confirming payment acceptance, typically within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, Manila time).
Order expiry: Unpaid orders automatically expire after 48 hours. Once expired, you'll need to place a new order.

4. Production Timelines
Estimated production timelines (e.g., "ready in 3–5 business days") are estimates only, not guaranteed deadlines. They depend on order volume, design complexity, and material availability.
Soft-cap notice: Orders significantly above standard quantities may require extra lead time. Our team will contact you before production to confirm realistic timelines.
We'll keep you updated on progress via email or the order tracking dashboard.
5. Custom Design Uploads
Your responsibility: You warrant that you own or have permission to use all designs, images, text, and other content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
KCMPS reserves the right to:
- Decline orders with infringing, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Request modifications to designs that cannot be produced to quality standards
- Refuse production if designs violate these terms
File security: Uploaded design files are automatically scanned for malware. Infected files are deleted and you're notified. Files are retained for the duration of your order and support period only.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your designs and content. By uploading designs to KCMPS, you grant us a limited license to reproduce, display, and modify your designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We will not use your designs for any other purpose without your written consent, except as required for order fulfillment (e.g., showing samples to production staff).
7. Limitation of Liability
KCMPS is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee flawless production or exact color matching. Printing and fabrication processes have natural tolerances.
In no event shall KCMPS be liable for:
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Production delays or missed deadlines
- Color variations or minor print imperfections within industry standards
Our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the specific order in question.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, defamatory, or offensive content
- Infringe upon anyone's intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our website or services
9. Modifications to Terms
KCMPS may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under Philippine law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.
